## ユニチ プレマーケットOTCのビッド注文とは何ですか？
トレードオーダーでは、買い手や売り手が希望する価格と取引量で注文を出し、それがUnichプレマーケットOTCの注文書に掲示されますが、Bidオーダーでは買い手や売り手が希望する価格と取引量で注文を出すことができます。その後、Bidオーダーはシステムによって市場にある反対側の注文とマッチングされます。
システムはBid買いオーダーを作成し、すべての利用可能な買い注文にオファーを送信します。システムは、すべての買い手が提供している最良の価格を優先します。
***注意点：***
* Bidオファーを受け入れる側は、市場で最良のマッチを優先します。そのため、オファーを受け入れる側の注文は、価格が調整されることになります。
* Bidオファーは、キャッシュアウトオーダー（Order Bookに表示される注文）には送信されません。なぜなら、キャッシュアウトオーダーには価格変動がないからです。
* 担保価値が$2.5未満の注文は注文書に表示されず、他の注文とマッチングされません。
