## Unich Point-Market OTC Teklif Emri nedir?

Bir Ticaret Emri, alıcıların veya satıcıların istedikleri fiyat ve hacimde emirler vermelerini sağlar ve bu emirler Unich Point-Market OTC’nin Emir Defteri üzerine yerleştirilir. Teklif Emri ise alıcıların veya satıcıların istedikleri fiyat ve hacimde bir emir vermelerini sağlar. Teklif Emri daha sonra sistem tarafından piyasadaki karşıt taraftaki mevcut emirlerle eşleştirilir.

Sistem, alıcı için bir Teklif Alım emri oluşturacak ve piyasadaki tüm mevcut alım emirlerine teklifler gönderecektir. Sistem, tüm alıcıların sunduğu en iyi fiyatı önceliklendirecektir.

* Teklif teklifini kabul eden taraf, piyasadaki en iyi eşleşmeyi önceliklendirecektir. Bu nedenle, teklifi kabul eden tarafın fiyatı ayarlanacaktır.
* Teklifler, fiyat dalgalanması olmayan Çekim Emirleri için Order Book'a gönderilmeyecektir.
