Following an internal review, the team concluded that **the UN coin architecture did not meet integrity review standards** — not for technical reasons, but because the distribution mechanism and original economic model were inconsistent with the core principles. Two paths were available: proceed with TGE as planned and let the market sort it out (easier on communications, transfers all risk to IDO participants), or cancel TGE and return capital with a self-binding commitment, rebuilding as Freedom Coin.
