The Decision to Cancel the UN Coin TGE

In August 2025, Unich Network conducted an IDO for the UN coin. Following an internal review, the team concluded that the UN coin architecture did not meet integrity review standards — not for technical reasons, but because the distribution mechanism and original economic model were inconsistent with the core principles.

Two paths were available: proceed with TGE as planned and let the market sort it out (easier on communications, transfers all risk to IDO participants), or cancel TGE and return capital with a self-binding commitment, rebuilding as Freedom Coin. The team chose the second path. The decision was publicly announced in April 2026.
