# The Self-Enforced Penalty Mechanism

Every missed batch deadline triggers an automatic 10% addition to the next batch:

* If Batch 1 is missed, Batch 2 becomes **50%** instead of 40%.
* If both Batch 1 and Batch 2 are missed, Batch 3 increases by an additional **20%**.

The penalty is self-applied — no request or complaint from participants required. This mechanism places the refund risk entirely on Unich's side, not the User's.
