# Compliance Strategy

**Compliance by design.** Data is collected only as necessary for operations (profiles, location verification for Peer Meet). Not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

**Transparency in processing.** Users have the right to view stored data, request deletion or export at any time, consistent with GDPR and CCPA.

**KYC and AML.** Applied to high-value transactions, conducted by independent service providers to international standards.

**Cooperation with regulators.** Information is provided when legally required; valid legal orders are complied with.
