# Protection Against Centralization

**FC ownership distribution.** All FC is produced through Node mining — not centralized allocation. Who holds the most FC reflects who contributed the most real activity, not who invested the most capital at the start.

**Geographic distribution of Anchor Nodes.** Each region has its own Anchor Node structure. No Anchor Node has authority beyond its own region; no cross-regional override mechanism exists.

**Limits on founding team authority.** The team holds governance rights over Layer 2 and Layer 3. It has no authority to intervene in Layer 1, and no ability to alter the FC balance of any Node.
