Three Governance Layers

Layer 1 — Core Principles (Immutable). The seven principles in Section 2 and the three immutable FC principles in Section 1.3 are non-modifiable. The founding team binds itself not to change, re-vote, or create exceptions — for any reason.

Layer 2 — Operational Parameters (Adjustable). Technical parameters such as specific Boost Multiplier values and mechanism trigger thresholds may be adjusted over time, consistent with Layer 1, and publicly disclosed before any changes take effect. The halving milestones in Section 4.1 and the 30% buy-back commitment belong to Layer 1, not Layer 2.

Layer 3 — Product Features. UI, Find Node algorithm, Peer Meet verification flow — continuously developed in response to user feedback and technical requirements.
