Unich Network's Compliance Strategy

Unich Network applies a proactive compliance strategy from the outset with privacy preservation built into the platform architecture from the beginning:

  • Privacy by design: Rather than viewing regulatory compliance as an external requirement, Unich Network is designed with data protection and privacy principles deeply integrated. User data is not collected indiscriminately; only data necessary for platform operation (profiles, geolocation for Meet verification) is collected. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

  • Transparency in data processing: Unich Network provides users with full control and transparency over their data. Users can view what data is being stored, how it is used, and have the right to request deletion or export of their data at any time, in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti-Money Laundering): When users want to convert Freedom Coin (FC) accumulated in the app to on-chain coin after TGE, they must complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This process complies with international AML standards and helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. KYC is performed by an independent service provider to ensure no bias.

  • Cooperation with regulators: Unich Network is committed to cooperating with regulatory agencies in regions where the platform operates. This includes providing information when requested, complying with legal orders, and engaging with regulators to understand new requirements as they emerge.
